Нормы коллизионного права в каждой юрисдикции указывают критерии, используемые для определения законодательства, которое применяется в подобной ситуации. Коллизионное право приобретает особое значение в процессе развития трансграничных расчетных систем и каналов междепозитарного взаимодействия
